First, lets make an RSS feed for your blog, go here, Feedburner, and register for a new account, it's free and only takes a few minutes. Now when you login, go here, see pic below.
Enter the your blog address in the space above, the whole addres and not a single post url.
Once you do this, follow through with the questions that come next, saying yes to everything, and choose Pro if you like more things to play with.
When your finished, Feedburner will give you the URL of your RSS feed, mine looks like this for this site, http://feeds.feedburner.com/AdsenseImprovement.
