A few days ago my Adsense earnings started a slow decline, my earnings were starting to drop and i got a little concerned. When i first started out with Adsense, the same thing happened, so i did some research and found out that this was perfectly normal, but i've been doing this for some time now, and i didnt want this to happen again.
For a while now i have always had mixed feelings about the Competitive Ad Filter, a built in feature to weed out the ads that dont work. So i decided to delete every single url i had placed in the filter (i saved the list in a wordpad file, just in case this backfired), to see what would happen, and guess what, my earnings tripled overnight, i couldn't believe it either.
I decided to stick it out a few more days, and i can still say that my earnings are up, im just hoping it stays there.
Im not saying this is going to work for everyone, but if you use the Competitive Ad Filter feature try it for a few days and see what happens.
Im also not really sure why my earnings went up, their are many Gurus out there who think they know Adsense like the back of their hands, but even they have bad days.....they just dont tell you about it.
